At it’s heart GirlForce is a self-esteem program for teenage girls that helps the girls understand that they’re perfect just the way they are.

Based on the bestselling and highly awarded series of 6 books from ABC Books - the most recent book, GirlForce Shine has just been released - it’s a fun, interactive program written directly for the girls in a language they can understand.  It’s neither try-hard nor condescending, but rather cool, totally inclusive and of course has a large number of quizzes to help the girls explore who they are.  The key is, it’s not labelled as a self-esteem program but rather packaged as a funky lifestyle program that gives the girls insights into both themselves and those around them.  The books have also been used as the basis for a number of school programs around Australia.
